1. General These terms apply to all orders placed through global.vamzzz.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products We sell printed books produced on demand specifically for your order.

3. Prices All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order applies.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are binding upon confirmation. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping Printed books are shipped after production, typically within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal As all books are made to order (custom-made products), they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).

7. Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at vamzzz@protonmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of VAMzzz Publishing and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
