Custom-Printed Books All books in our store are printed on demand specifically for your order. As custom-made products, they are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c). By placing an order, you acknowledge that your book will be produced exclusively for you.

Defective or Damaged Items We do accept returns if your book arrives defective or damaged. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at vamzzz@protonmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
